I would like to thank all of the members for once again electing me as President of the SCA.
A massive welcome to Sammy Gendy as our new Librarian, Alan Maskell as our new secretary, and Mike Nowak and David Gallagher as our new Vice Presidents.
It was sad to see George, Kenny, and Moira step down from their roles and I would like to thank them for the help and support that they have given the club over the years.
The next couple of years will be busy for the committee and members on building a new syllabus and arranging our centenary celebration in 2024.
Aims for the closed season are.
Have some social nights
Build a working party for the centenary
Build a new and exciting Syllabus
Keep the website fresh, updated, and relevant (all can feel free to chase me up on this)
Try to recruit new members
Come up with fundraising ideas ie 50/50 nights
Any other suggestions are welcome.
