Scottish Circle of Amateur Magicians

Scottish Circle of Amateur Magicians

September 1913 in Edinburgh. The original members included Signor Tricardo, W.B.York, J.H.Howard and J.P.York. The club met every two weeks. Members were expected to pay four shillings for annual subscription and one shilling per meeting.

The club reported their first meeting in the Magical World and suggested that anyone interested in joining the circle should contact Jack H. Howard at 30 Danube Street, Edinburgh.

The club lasted only a short time. There is no record of the club after 1914. It was probably the same reason as the other club in Edinburgh, which is the start of the war.
